Service Description

75 minute sessions. Please speak to Michael if you are new to AMB. MUST PLAY HIGH LEVEL REP. (eg VC level) Designed to help bridge the gap between levels. Whether that be U18/20s into Youth League or Youth League into NBL1. Please book into individual sessions you intend on attending. Cost is $30 if just booking for a single day. $100 if doing all four sessions. You will work on advanced footwork and pace manipulation, off-ball habits, decision-making and responses. Discussion with each athlete will also take place allowing for adjustment of set up to best maximise each athletes opportunity.
