This is a series that ties together Kobe’s most common footwork when attacking a defender from a stationary position. Challenge yourself to stay true to the skills and movement and not just worry about the finish. You could mix up your finish with a variety of lay ups or jump shots. How you could practice these skills: 1) Stick with each skill for about 20 minutes, mixing up different finishes. 2) Put a few of the skills together to create a series of 3 - 4 movements in a row for 20-30 minutes. 3) Use the series and make 5 shots of each movement from 5 spots on the floor.
