Each week has its own set of skills. This will keep us prepared during lockdown for our return to court in Week 4. We use these online programs to practice skills and build fluency through watching a demonstration but you practice in your own time to gain mastery - repeating the movements accurately over and over without error. All these skills can be done with out a rim, just focus on speed stops if shooting/finishing is required. Great for a raining day too! Skills worked on in these sessions are: 1. Tennis ball pace work 2. Push Cross Series 3. Rhythmic Box Hits 4. Cone Series
