These workouts are created for players with ankle/knee injuries who can’t participate in usual movements that require moving around. The workouts are done sitting on the ground or in a chair. Equipment will vary program to program using basketballs and tennis balls. They are ball handling workouts, not rehabilitation workouts. See your Physio for them. Workout 1 - sitting on the ground, one ball Workout 2 - sitting in a chair, one ball Workout 3 - two basketballs required Workout 4 - tennis ball and basketball needed Workout 5 - passing (partner required) Workout 6.- shooting (partner required) Most of these workouts can also be done just as a workout on wet, rainy days.
