This is a progressive training program that will be built up over 3 months. Athletes that get injured or perform poorly have three weaknesses in common: - muscle imbalance - poor core stability - poor balance This program will help condition your stability muscles and train your heart and lungs for basketball. This system was created by Dr Mike Clark who created the Optimum Performance Training (OPT) system. It is not created by me. Dr Mike Clark is a sports medicine scientist and was referred to as the Michael Jordan of sports medicine. I have not included the weight strength training for safety reasons. So please resource your own strength program to work parallel with this system.
