This program covers all the skills and skill stacks we worked on during our live Zoom sessions. Spend a minimum of 15 minutes per skill. Some skills are covered in skill stacks and is a great way to get in reps. Each skill can be finished with a variety of finishes or speed stops, depending on your location. You goal is to achieve mastery. This is when you can continuously repeat a skill with total ball control and maintain footwork. Huge thank you to three girls from AMB for the demonstrations.
